Background Information

My nearly 25 year career in conventional medicine (Internal Medicine and then Anesthesia) was both rewarding and draining. Our move to Ontario gave me the opportunity to expand my horizons and re-connect with core interests. I earned a Master's Degree in Theological Studies, completed a two year Fellowship Program in Integrative Medicine (as of December 2009), will finish my two year Spiritual Direction Program in July 2010, and have personally explored and trained in various Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) modalities.

Practice

I am no longer practicing medicine. Rather, I now offer various kinds of wellness services. These include:

• Individualized wellness plans
• Integrative nutrition/ lifestyle consultations
• Spiritual Direction Biofeedback
